Now a consultant, Jean-Pascal leverages his deep expertise to help organizations achieve innovative solutions and sustainable growth in animal health.
Open Innovation Expert, Food Tech
Dr. Christopher Aurand is an accomplished Open Innovation Leader at Thai Union Group PCL, where he drives the company’s open innovation strategy by fostering collaborations with internal R&D teams and external partners.
He plays a key role in supporting food tech startups as part of SPACE-F, Thailand’s pioneering food tech incubator and accelerator, and contributes to Thai Union’s Corporate Venture Capital initiatives. With a Ph.D. in Food Science from Cornell University and a B.Sc. (Honours) from the University of Guelph, Chris brings extensive expertise in food innovation, having previously led the innovation sourcing team at Mitr Phol Group to build international collaborations and create new business opportunities.
